Description:

Blue Bridge Financial, Inc. has been one of the fastest growing and most well-recognized equipment finance lenders since its inception in 2009. Through fostering relationships with direct customers, dealer partners, and 3rd party originators, Blue Bridge has built a sizable portfolio of well performing assets in a wide array of industries including but not limited to: Construction, Manufacturing, Recreational, Restaurants, and more.  As a true independent lender, we have a level of freedom to determine how we originate, underwrite, and service our loans that is unparalleled in the industry. This freedom inspires a work environment that supports creativity and provides extensive growth opportunities within the organization.

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our Direct Lending Division in our Irvine, CA satellite office. The role is responsible for identifying leads, maintaining strategic partnerships, and general relationship management intended to drive origination. This sales position is part of a new, expanding avenue of business with hands-on training and a great opportunity for growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to provided leads, new contacts, and existing customer databases.
  • Mass outreach to end users to build a dealer network; a combination of outbound calling and email campaign.
  • Identifying new lead sources for both end users and dealer partners; identifying industries of interest and ways to penetrate those markets.
  • Utilize Salesforce, our CRM, to track calls and update notes.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Educate customers about our finance products.
  • Screen incoming callers to find out what they are looking for and if they qualify.
  • Ability to build and maintain a customer database through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of finance options and requirements.
  • Schedule and track follow-up calls with leads

Qualifications/Skills/ Education/Experience:

  • 1 year sales experience in a call center setting preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, CRM sales software experience a plus.
  • Highly motivated and target driven individual.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Lending experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
