Functional Reporting: Senior Vice President of Finance

Opportunity Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will work directly with the head of Capital Markets and cross-functionally with the Accounting team to prepare, package and sell specialty finance portfolios to investors and bank professionals. In this role, strong relationship, analytical and organizational experience is essential for success.  Experience in specialty finance markets, data management and loan accounting are essential for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for management of Company loan portfolio sales efforts
  • Development of loan sale strategies to maximize Company liquidity and profitability
  • Responsible for development and management of Company network of loans servicing relationships
  • Management of Company loan portfolio presentation and market placement
  • Lead company Capital Markets Committee, comprised of Company senior management
  • Make recommendations on Company product development in addressing market demand
  • Responsible for development of internal reporting on capital markets activities
  • Management of monthly portfolio servicing reports
  • Management of Company provided quarterly loan loss allowance reporting
  • Responsible for management of Company loan sales contracts
