CEO and Founder
Mark oversees Blue Bridge’s bank network, financial and compliance activities. He has served as CEO since the company’s inception in 2009.
Prior to Blue Bridge Financial, Mark held executive management positions with two regional financial institutions where he was responsible for all functional areas of bank operations with a focus on financial management and regulatory oversight.
Mark started his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, specializing in financial institution consulting and assurance services. He has maintained his CPA license in New York State for over 20 years.
Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Chief Credit Officer
Rob oversees Blue Bridge’s Credit, Capital Markets and Servicing functions. Prior to joining Blue Bridge in 2014, Rob co-founded Carillon Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm and merchant bank. Using his extensive knowledge of capital markets, portfolio management and lending, Rob helped financial institutions and specialty finance companies with the purchase and sale of loan portfolios, valuation of businesses and assets, and the development of innovative financial product marketing strategies.
Over the past 20 years, Rob has purchased and sold over $10 billion in whole loans and led the issuance of more than $4 billion in asset-backed securities. He has held executive level positions with BankBoston, Sovereign Bank and E*TRADE Financial, where he was responsible for loan origination activities, portfolio management and securitization.
Rob holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a B.A. in Psychology from Middlebury College.
VP of Broker Relations
Crystal leads the Blue Bridge Broker team and is responsible for the growth of our origination business with an established network of third-party originators. As a key business volume driver, the Broker division is essential to continued growth and success.
With more than 9 years in small ticket loan sales and origination, Crystal has a deep understanding of specialty finance lending and is an expert relationship builder.
Before serving as the VP of Broker Relations, Crystal was the Assistant VP of Blue Bridge’s Broker division. She also worked for more than 7 years as Assistant VP at AXIS Capital where she built industry connections that she maintains to this day.
Key Team Members
Head of Capital Markets
Kyle leads Blue Bridge’s Capital Markets activities. In this role he is responsible for managing loan sale activities and investor relations. With his background as a Senior Capital Markets Pricing Analyst and Multifamily Product Manager for Fannie Mae, Kyle brings a deep knowledge of fixed income pricing, P&L analysis, balance sheet management and cash flow reporting. While at Fannie Mae, Kyle was also responsible for the financial forecasting process of a $2.8 trillion portfolio.
Prior to working at Fannie Mae, Kyle served as Senior Financial Analyst at Stout Risius Ross, and Shields and Company, Inc. where he conducted fairness opinions, business valuations, M&A advisory, and other consulting work for financial services companies.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Georgetown University.
Jake is responsible for Blue Bridge’s Accounting and Loan servicing operations. Jake has 4 years of experience in public accounting most recently as Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, LLP. At Ernst & Young, LLP, he supervised audit procedures for large public and non-public companies and assisted clients with the financial reporting process.
Jake holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from Canisius College. He maintains his CPA license in New York State.
VP of Operations
Lynn leads the Blue Bridge Operations team responsible for all aspects of transaction flow from loan application through funding, documentation and customer service, including the supporting technology.
Lynn has over 25 years experience in the equipment finance industry with HSBC Bank, First Niagara Bank and most recently Key Bank. Throughout her career, Lynn has overseen all functional aspects of equipment finance operations in highly scalable environments.
Lynn received her B.S. from Canisius College in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance/Management.
